EGR Switch Assembly
Usage:
Remove EGR Switch Assembly
1. Loosen two bolts (4) on the switch assembly cover (2).
2. Disconnect wires (1) at connector and fuse holder (3). Remove switch assembly cover.
3. Remove two screws (5) in switch assembly. Remove EGR switch assembly (6).
4. Remove load stop pin (8). Remove gasket (7). Inspect the gasket and make a replacement if necessary.
Install EGR Switch Assembly
1. Install a new gasket (1). Install the load stop pin (2).
2. Install switch assembly (4) with the two screws (3). Tighten the screws.
3. Install the switch assembly cover (6) over the switch assembly. Tighten the two bolts (5).
4. Connect wiring at fuse holder and connector (7).
