(2) Gear. Heat gear for installation on plate. Do not use a torch. Maximum permissible temperature ... 315°C (600°F)
(3) Put 2P2506 Thread Lubricant on all bolt threads that hold flywheel to crankshaft and tighten to a torque of ... 270 ± 25 N·m (200 ± 20 lb. ft.)
NOTE: Seals and wear sleeves can not be used again, after the seals and wear sleeves are separated.
(4) 4W8134 Seal Group.
NOTE: Seal groups (3) and (4) must be installed with the lip of the seal toward the inside of the BrakeSaver as shown. Make sure the correct seal group is installed on each end of the rotor. Use the 4W8133 Seal Group on the front and 4W8134 Seal Group on the rear. See Special Instruction Form Nos. SMHS7100 and SMHS8441 for the necessary tools and complete procedure for installation of the front and rear seal groups.
(5) 4W8133 Seal Group.
