(1) Torque for stud on back of the housing ... 25 ± 4 N·m (20 ± 3 lb.ft.)

(2) Put 9S3263 Thread Lock on the stud threads:

Dimension stud must be extended above timing gear housing ... 73.2 mm (2.88 in.)

(3) Torque for studs ... 25 ± 4 N·m (20 ± 3 lb.ft.)

NOTE: Put 5P3413 Pipe Sealant on the threads of studs (4) and (5). Install studs in the housing to the dimensions that follow.

(4) Top of stud to housing ... 25.4 mm (1.00 in.)

(5) Top of stud to housing ... 29.0 mm (1.14 in.)

(6) Torque two nuts to ... 70 ± 15 N·m (50 ± 11 lb.ft.)
