Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3659" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3659" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The draft arm trunnion bolts may not be tightened to the correct torque on certain 627E Scrapers. These bolts need to be checked to make sure they are tightened properly.

Action Required
Remove the trunnion cap from one of the draft arms. Move the the draft arm far enough away from the trunnion so that the bolts can be tightened.
Tighten the trunnion bolts to a torque of 270 ± 40 N ·m (200 ± 30 lb ft).
Put the draft arm in position on the trunnion and install the cap. Tighten the bolts that hold the cap to a torque of 435 ± 40 N ·m (320 ± 15 lb ft).
Repeat the process for the other side.
