When reporting the repair, use "PI3650" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T " as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3650" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The existing 3T1815 Alarm on certain 910F Loaders, IT12F, and IT14F Tool Carriers may draw too much current damaging the shift control when the machine is shifted into reverse.

Action Required
If the existing 3T1815 Alarm is shaped like the alarm shown to the left in the below illustration, replace it with a new 3T1815 Alarm shaped like the alarm shown to the right in the illustration.
If the machine already has the new-style alarm as shown above, do not replace it.
