New Control Groups And Seals Need To Be Installed For The Computerized Monitoring System On Certain 950F And 966F Wheel Loaders Caterpillar

NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3577" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3577" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The control groups for the computerized monitoring system may not relay accurate temperature control information on certain 950F and 966F Wheel Loaders. New control groups and seals need to be installed.

3 - 3J1907 Seals

Action Required

Remove the existing 9X0377 Control Groups from the location shown in the chart. Replace each of the control groups with a new 3E5370 Control Group and a 3J1907 Seal.
