Action Required
Remove all 9M8068, 1P4803, 7S7365, 7S7677, 6T7423, 6T7428, 0R2960, 0R2961, and 0R2963 Brake Bands from part stock.
Service Claim Allowances
Submit one claim for all 9M8068, 1P4803, 7S7365, 7S7677, 6T7423, 6T7428, 0R2960, 0R2961, and 0R2963 Brake Bands removed from parts stock. Both new and remanufactured brake bands may be listed on the same claim.
Parts Disposition
Return all 9M8068, 1P4803, 7S7365, 7S7677, 6T7423, and 6T7428 new Brake Bands and all 0R2960, 0R2961, and 0R2963 remanufactured Brake Bands that were removed from part stock to:

When returning new brake bands, complete a Core Credit Request/Packing List (CCR/PL) listing the total quantity of each new brake band part number, mark the CCR/PL for "WARRANTY NO CREDIT", and refer to PI7276 in the heading of the form beneath the words "DEALER REF NO.".
When returning remanufactured brake bands, complete a CCR/PL listing the total quantity of each remanufactured brake band part number, mark the CCR/PL for "WARRANTY CREDIT", and refer to PI7276 in the heading to form beneath the words "DEALER REF NO.".
NOTE: Do not mix new brake bands and remanufactured brake bands on the same CCR/PL.
