Certain 0R5217 Alternators in parts stock were assembled without a plate
and/or other components that helps to protect internal alternator components
from dust.

Remove all 0R5217 Alternators from parts stock that have date codes prior to
10/91 stamped on their container or box.

Submit one claim for all 0R5217 Alternators removed from parts stock.

Return all 0R5217 Alternators that are removed from parts stock along with a
copy of the claim and a completed Core Credit Request Parts List form to:

Include two copies of a completed Core Credit Request Parts List form (CCR)
with a copy of the warranty claim attached to each. On the CCR, indicate
"Warranty - No Credit" and number of your warranty claim.
Submit the warranty claim to Warranty & Data Section in Geneva. No credit
will be issued by Grimbergen.

handling.
