NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4702" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The 5V5698 Receiver for the air conditioner may not be installed correctly on certain 950F and 966F Wheel Loaders. The line from the condenser coil should be connected to the "Inlet Port" and the line to the expansion valve should be connected to the "Outlet Port". If the wiring harness for the low freon switch can be seen in front of the receiver, the receiver should be removed and installed correctly.

Action Required
1. Remove fitting from condenser coil line. Remove fitting from expansion valve line. Remove wire connection from low freon switch.
2. Rotate the 5V5698 Receiver from it's original position 180° to corrected position.
3. Connect fittings and wire harness. Condenser coil line connects to "Inlet Port" of receiver; expansion valve line connects to "Outlet Port" of receiver.
4. Evacuate, recharge and check refrigerant system for leaks. Recharge system with approximately 5.7 lb of R-12 refrigerant.
NOTE: Perform the recovery, recycling, and recharging of the air conditioner system in accordance with local regulations.
