4. Install the 2S5658 Washer and 1B4206 Nut. Turn the nut to remove the nozzle (Illustration 5).

The 6V4054 Nozzle Puller Group (Illustration 6) is used with the 6V4061 Nozzle Puller Group to remove 7N449 Nozzles in the 3300 Series DI Engines.

All of the parts in the 6V4061 Nozzle Puller Group, except the 6V4153 Plate, are needed to use the 6V4054 Group.

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE 6V4054 GROUP

1. Remove fuel line and nozzle hold down clamp from both the nozzle to be removed and the nozzle next to it (Illustration 7).

2. Assemble tools as shown in Illustrations 8 and 9.

NOTE: The 6V4151 Leg, which has the male end, must always be installed next to the 6V4149 Jaw and 6V4152 Screw.

Illustration 10 shows the 6V4054 Nozzle Puller Group in position to remove a nozzle assembly when the rear hole in the 6V4054 Nozzle Puller Group is used.
