Washer Added Between Bolt And Thrust Plate For Oil Pump Idler Gear

Description of Change: A washer has been added to the front timing gear group for 3412 Industrial and Marine Engines.
The washer is used between the T573 Bolt and the 6N1027 Thrust Plate for the oil pump idler gear. The washer gives better distribution of the bolt load on the thrust plate.
Formerly, it was possible for the bolt load to damage the thrust plate.
Adaptable To: Use of the 5M2894 Washer is in effect with Serial Numbers 38S7407 and 60M1420. The 5M2894 Washer is adaptable to earlier engines.
