New Control Valve Body
Usage:
3406, 3408 Engines
Description of Change: A new control valve body is used in the BrakeSaver control valve group in 3406 and 3408 Engines. The new control valve body has its lands located so the "to cooler" port is always opened before the "supply" port to the BrakeSaver opens. This will keep the hydraulic oil temperature in an acceptable range. Also, the ports have larger cast dimensions for increased hydraulic oil flow.
Adaptable To: The new 9N6223 Control Valve Body is a direct replacement for the former 9N3685 Control Valve Body, which is canceled.
