New Fabricated Tools Available For Service Work On 7211 And 7221 Marine Transmissions
Usage:
Drawings are available for two new fabricated tools needed to do service work on 7211 and 7221 Marine Transmissions. The FT1425 Seal Installer (Illustration 1) is needed to install the output shaft oil and dirt seals in the correct location.

The FT1426 Puller Plate (Illustration 2) is needed to remove the retainer assembly from the forward and reverse clutch shafts. The drawings can be ordered from your Caterpillar dealer, or the tools can be made from the dimensions given in Illustrations 3 and 4.
