Usage:
3400 Series Truck Engines
Description of Change: A new steel lifter with a wider, crowned roller follower is available for use in the fuel injection pumps used on the engines listed above. The wider roller spreads the load over the camshaft lobe to reduce stress and lobe wear. Also, the new steel lifter is more durable than the former aluminum lifter.
Adaptable As: The former 9N2505 Lifter Assembly has been canceled. For parts service of the former 9N2505 Lifter Assembly, order one of each of the following: 4W736 Lifter Assembly, 7N1066 Washer and 7N1208 Spring.
