New Guide Assembly Used In Oil Level Gauge Group
Usage:
3208 Truck Engines (51Z, 2Z)
Description of Change: The 9N6168 Oil Level Gauge Group used on the above engines has a new guide assembly. Some of the former guide assemblies broke at the joint where the support bracket was brazed to the guide. See the illustration. The new guide assembly has a different support bracket. The new guide assembly will provide increased service life.
Adaptable As: The new 4W9123 Guide Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 9N822 Guide Assembly which is canceled.
