New Seal For Fuel Injection Pump Housing Is More Resistant To Heat Damage

Description of Change: A new seal is used in the fuel injection lines group. This seal is used on the end of the fuel injection pump housing, where it fits into the front gear housing of the engine. The new seal gives increased temperature resistance. This will help reduce the formation of heat cracks in the seal. For identification, the new seal is brown; the former seal was black.
Adaptable As: The new 6V4314 Seal is a direct replacement for the former 8J1688 Seal.
