3306 Truck Engines With Aftercoolers
Description of Change: A new hose clamp is used on aftercoolers for 3306 Engines. The new clamp helps prevent leaks caused by loose clamps. The new hose clamp is smaller than the former clamp. The former hose clamp was large enough to cause the clamp to run out of adjustment before it was tight enough.
Adaptable As: The new 5P2230 Hose Clamp is a direct replacement for the former 5P597 Hose Clamp in these applications.
This clamp is used in the 2W6886, 9N1248, and 7N6055 Water Lines Groups.
