Information For Ordering FLEX-HONES And Grit Sizes For Reconditioning Cylinder Liners Or Cylinder Block Bores
Usage:
The new Guideline for Reusable Parts on Cylinder Liners, Form SEBF8068, does not include an address for ordering FLEX-HONES. It also does not show the correct grit size to use for liners. The correct address and grit sizes are listed in the Tool Guide.

Different grit sizes are needed to recondition different components. The size for hardened cylinder liners is 180 grit. The size for cast iron cylinder blocks is 240 grit.
