Several major changes have been made throughout the production history of the 3300 Series Engines. These changes have improved the operation of the engines and have increased their service lives.

Most of the changes were announced in Truck Engine News and Engine News. For reference purposes, articles on the major changes since 1978 have been arranged into the chart which follows. The chart gives the component codes, the title, the models, the publication date and the page number for each article. The articles are arranged numerically, by component code, to permit the serviceman to find the articles quickly and easily.
