Oil Filter Removal

Usage:

3408 Truck Engines With Sound Suppression Panels

It can be difficult to remove the oil filters on 3408 Truck Engines that have sound suppression panels around the oil pan. The clearance between the oil filters and the sound suppression panel is small. It is possible that a filter wrench with a metal strap may not fit in this small space. The recommendation is to use the 2P8250 Strap Wrench Assembly. This wrench is smaller and uses a fabric strap. It is easier to slide between the oil filter and the sound suppression panel.
