Description of Change: The thickness of the head gasket fire rim wrap in 3408 Truck Engines has been increased by .025 mm (.0010 "). This improves the seal between the block and the liner flange, to prevent leakage of combustion gas into the coolant.
Adaptable To: The new 2W7984 Gaskets are direct replacements for the former 4N1820 Gaskets, which are canceled. Two gaskets are needed.
