New Diaphragm Used In Fuel Ratio Control

Usage:


3406 And 3408 Truck Engines

Description of Change: A new diaphragm is used in the fuel ratio control groups on the above engines. This new diaphragm is made of a gray silicone material that is stronger and will give better performance.

The former diaphragm was made of a synthetic rubber material. The service life of the former diaphragm was not acceptable.

Adaptable To: The new 1W4797 Diaphragm is a direct replacement for the former 2P8804 Diaphragm. The former diaphragm has been canceled. The new diaphragm is in effect with 3406 Truck Engine (92U48443) and 3408 Truck Engine (28V4506).
