Usage:
PS-110, PS-130, PS-180 Compactors
The new 7X9927 Access Cover Kit is available for installation on the 775315 (Raygo part number C101814) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-110 and PS-130 Compactors, and the 821223 (Raygo part number C127758) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-180 Compactors. The installation of this kit will provide easier access to the rear differential and chains. The kit consists of four 7X9851 Access Cover Mounting Plates, two 7X9852 Access Cover Mounting Plates, and six 7X9713 Thumb Screws. Use the procedure that follows to install the kit.
Installation Of 7X9927 Access Cover Kit
1. Remove the 775315 (Raygo part number C101814) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-110 and PS-130 Compactors, or the 821223 (Raygo part number C127758) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-180 Compactors.
2. Mark the location of the access cover on the rear compartment cover as shown in Illustration 1. For PS-110 and PS-130 Compactors, dimension (A) is 114 mm (4.5"). For PS-180 Compactors, dimension (A) is 165 mm (6.5").

3. Cut the access cover out of the rear compartment cover. Grind the edges of the access cover and compartment cover smooth.
4. Mark the location of the six mounting holes on the access cover. See Illustration 1. Drill six 9.52 mm (.375") diameter holes in the locations marked.
5. Install four 7X9851 Access Cover Mounting Plates and two 7X9852 Access Cover Mounting Plates on the access cover with six 7X9713 Thumb Screws. See Illustration 1. Use this assembly as a template to locate the cover mounting plates on the inside of the rear compartment cover.
6. Weld the mounting plates in position on the inside of the 775315 (Raygo part number C101814) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-110 and PS-130 Compactors, or the 821223 (Raygo part number C127758) Rear Compartment Cover on PS-180 Compactors, as shown in Illustration 2.

7. Install the new access door on the rear compartment cover with six 7X9713 Thumb Screws.
