1. Remove one of the flywheel retaining bolts, and install a 3/4"-16NF x 5 in. long guide bolt.

2. Remove the remaining flywheel retaining bolts.

3. Install two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in the flywheel.

4. Using lifting bracket (A), a short piece of chain, and a hoist, remove the flywheel-weight 250 lbs. (113 kg).

Install Flywheel

1. Install the two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in flywheel.

2. Attach a hoist, lifting bracket (A), and a short piece of chain; and position the flywheel on guide bolt with mark on flywheel aligned with mark on crankshaft.

3. Install the flywheel retaining bolts, and remove the guide bolt. Install remaining bolt. Tighten all flywheel retaining bolts (1) to 265 ± 35 lb. ft. (36,65 ± 4,84 mkg).
