Usage:
1. Remove the floor plate.
2. Disconnect and cap two hose assemblies (1).
3. Remove six bolts (2).
NOTE: Be careful not to loose the three seals from underneath the manifold valve assembly.
4. Remove manifold valve assembly (3).
NOTE: Mark all hoses as to their location for assembly purposes.
5. Disconnect and cap three hose assemblies (4).
6. Disconnect and cap two hose assemblies (5).
7. Remove four bolts (6) and valve block assembly (7).
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the flow divider.
8. Install valve block assembly (7) with four bolts (6).
9. Connect three hose assemblies (5).
10. Connect three hose assemblies (4).
11. Make sure the three seals underneath the manifold valve assembly are properly positioned and install manifold valve assembly (3).
12. Install six bolts (2).
13. Connect two hose assemblies (1).
14. Install the floor plate.
15. Check the hydraulic fluid level before operating the machine.
Disassemble & Assemble Flow Divider
Start By:
a. remove flow divider
1. Remove three seals (2) from manifold valve assembly (1).
2. Remove two high pressure relief valves (6).
3. Remove plug (12) and shuttle spring (8).
4. Remove plug (7), spring (8), washer (9) and shuttle (10).
5. Remove plug (3), relief spring (4) and charge relief valve (5).
6. Inspect all seals for damage or wear. Replace as required.
7. Remove plug (21) and spring (20) from flow divider valve block assembly (16).
8. Remove piston (19), spring (18) and piston (17) as a unit. Separate piston (17) from piston (19) and remove spring (18).
9. Remove plug (14) and spring (15).
10. Check all seals for damage or wear. Replace as required.
NOTE: The following steps are for the assembly of the flow divider.
11. Install spring (15) and plug (14).
12. Install spring (18) and connect piston (19) to piston (17).
13. Install Piston (19), spring (18) and piston (17) as a unit.
14. Install spring (20) and plug (21) into flow divider valve block assembly (16).
15. Install charge relief valve (5), relief spring (4) and plug (3).
16. Install shuttle (10), washer (9), spring (8) and plug (7).
17. Install shuttle spring (8) and plug (12).
18. Install two high pressure relief valves (6).
19. Install three seals (2) in manifold valve assembly (1).
End By:
a. install flow divider
