Tilt Platform Stabilizer - Inspect/Adjust
The tilt plate beneath the cab will have to be inspected and, if necessary, adjusted.

Locate the plate below the cab near the top of the undercarriage. Remove the plate and bolts.

With the plate removed, check the slacker plate (4). If there is a gap, adjust the plate by add shims (3) as required. There should be no gap. This adjustment helps reduce the side to side movement between the tilt plate and the frame assembly. Once the adjustment is done, tighten nut (2) and adjustment bolt (1) securely.
