Air bubbles on films

Reports have been received that small air bubbles can be visible on films applied on the machines listed above. The affected are applied on LFI components due to outgazing.

Solution

In the event of failure, replace with the same part numbers. Refer to Table 1 for all the affected films on the machines listed above.
