Description Of Change: The installation process for the spider assembly in the suction fan group has been improved to make sure that the fan is assembled properly with enough clearance to avoid interference with other parts.
Adaptable To: The following changes are adaptable to machines within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all machines after the listed serial numbers.
Clearance Check Procedure
- Dynamic check
- The fan tip clearance must be a minimum of
7 mm (0.26 inch) between the shroud and the fan. - The clearance between the finger guard and the fan must be a minimum of
17 mm (0.67 inch) .

Note: The fan has been implemented with spacer assembly (Poka-Yoke) to prevent the possibility of assembling the fan in reverse.
