The control manifold contains the main system relief valve (5), the primary pilot pressure reducing valve (5), and one pressure test ports. Pressure test port (8) will indicate the oil pressure from the piston pump for the implement and steering.
The control manifold contains a pressure reducing valve (6). The pressure reducing valve regulates the pressure for the pilot system for the implements and steering.

The control manifold contains a relief valve (5) that will protect the system from a sudden rise in pressure. Relief valve (5) will limit the peak pressure in the circuit.

(1) Outlet to Tank
(2) Pump Outlet (3) Pump Inlet (4) Relief valve (5) Pressure reducing valve (6) Pressure test port for implement and steering pump |
Oil enters the manifold at port (3). Oil will flow from port (3) to pump pressure test port (6), pressure reducing valve (5), and relief valve (4). When the pressure is too high, relief valve (4) will open. The oil will be sent back to the hydraulic tank through port (1). Pressure reducing valve (5) will close when the pilot circuit is up to operating pressure.
