Conveyor Belt Tension and Tracking - Adjust

- Push belt in, to allow for wrench.
- Loosen jam nuts (1).
- Loosen or tighten tensioner bolts (2) with 1-1/8" wrench or socket until desired belt tension is attached.
- Tighten jam nuts (1) when finished.
- Tighten idler roller on wondering side to avoid the belt tracking toward front or back.
- Rollers must be aligned parallel using slotted holes in pillow block bearings (Loosen bearing mounting bolts for this adjustment) to avoid the opposite tracking depending on belt direction.
