- 释放气罐中的空气压力。
- 将 6V-3966 接头组件安装到"行车制动器"和"减速器"的气罐排放阀后面。
- 将 198-4240 数字压力指示器连接至 6V-3966 接头组件。
- 起动发动机。
- 记录切断"空气压缩机"时的压力。
- 反复踩下"制动踏板"，直至空气压力下降和调节器启动。 该压力为接入压力。 记录这个压力。
- 如果切断压力不为
830 ± 35 kPa (120 ± 5 psi) 且接入压力不为655 kPa (95 psi) ，继续步骤 8。 如果压力都正确，则转至步骤 13。Show/hide table

(1) 盖 - 拆下调节器顶部的盖 (1)。
注: 调节器位于空气压缩机的侧面。
- 松开盖下面的调整螺钉锁紧螺母。
- 逆时针转动调整螺钉，以将切断压力设定值增大至
830 ± 35 kPa (120 ± 5 psi) 。 如果需要减小切断压力设定值，则要顺时针转动调整螺钉。 - 拧紧调整螺钉锁紧螺母以维持此调整。
- 重复步骤 4 至 7。
注: 如果切断压力没有变化，则检查卸荷阀是否损坏。 卸荷阀位于空气压缩机的缸盖中。 如果切断压力和切入压力之间的差值不在技术规格内，检查调节器是否损坏。
- 操作发动机，直至达到切断压力。 机器气压表读数必须等于测试仪表上的读数。 如果压差大于
35 kPa (5 psi) ，则在机器上安装一个新的"空气压力传感器"。 - 停下机器。 拆下所有测试设备。
