Special Instruction, M0065274, "Introduction to Visualization Service Procedure (VSP)" is now available. This Special Instruction will outline the information found in this new VSP format and the correct way to interpret the new graphics used.
Training is available on how to interpret the VSP. In the Caterpillar Learning Management System (CLMS), refer to course 99502. In the Dealer Performance Center (DPC), refer to course 44304. Typing Visual Service in the search field will also locate the class.
