Gear Group (Front) - Install
- Apply clean engine oil to the bore of camshaft gear (4) and the bore of idler gear (5). Carefully position camshaft gear (4) and idler gear (5).
- Align all timing marks (X) shown in Illustration 2. If necessary, refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Finding Top Center Position for No. 1 Piston" for the correct procedure.
- Install bolt (3) and bolts (6).
