Fuse - Replace

Usage:

ES18H2.25 ZA5

  • Verify that the system is shut down. Locate the fuse holder in the power module electronics bay.

  • Pry the cover off from the top of the fuse holder to remove. There is a strap on the bottom that will hold the cover.

  • Remove the two nuts securing the power cables then remove the power cables from the studs.

  • Remove the two mounting screws for the fuse holder. The fuse and holder may then be removed from the system.

  • Install the new fuse using the reverse order of removal.

  • Torque the mounting screws to 0.9 N m (8 lb in).

  • Torque the power cables on the fuse to 12 N m (110 lb in).
