Current Sensor - Replace

Usage:

ES18H2.25 ZA5

  • Verify that the system is shut down. Locate the current sensor in the power module electronics bay.

  • Disconnect the cable connected to the current sensor.

  • Disconnect the positive cable from the top side of the contactor.

  • Remove the two mounting screws for the current sensor. Remove the sensor from the system.

  • Install the new sensor using the reverse order of removal.

  • Torque the mounting screws to 0.9 N m (8 lb in).

  • Torque the power connection at the contactor to 10 N m (90 lb in).
