Grelnik vhodnega zraka

  1. Odstranite hladilnik polnilnega zraka. Če želite več informacij o postopku, glejte Priročnik za razstavljanje in sestavljanje, "Aftercooler - Remove".

  2. Odstranite grelnik vhodnega zraka (1).

  3. Preverite, ali so v grelniku vhodnega zraka ostanki in ali je poškodovan oz. korodiran. Očistite grelnik vhodnega zraka s topilom oz. ga po potrebi zamenjajte.


    OBVESTILO

    Za čiščenje jedra ne uporabljajte visoke koncentracije jedkega čistila. Visoka koncentracija jedkega čistila lahko povzroči poškodbe internih kovinskih površin in puščanje. Uporabljajte samo priporočeno koncentracijo čistilnega sredstva.


  4. S čistilom izperite jedro grelnika vhodnega zraka v nasprotni smeri.

    Caterpillar priporoča uporabo tekočega čistila Hydrosolv. V tabeli 1so navedena tekoča čistila Hydrosolv, ki so na voljo pri prodajalcu družbe Cat.

    (1) Uporabite od 2- do 5-odstotno koncentracijo čistila pri temperaturah do 93°C (200°F). Če želite več informacij, se obrnite na prodajalca družbe Cat.

  5. S paro očistite jedro, da odstranite morebitne ostanke. Izperite rebra jedra grelnika vhodnega zraka. Z notranje in zunanje strani jedra odstranite morebitno drugo ujeto umazanijo.

    Opomba Pri čiščenju reber ne uporabljajte visokega pritiska. Z visokim pritiskom lahko rebra poškodujete.

  6. Operite jedro z vročo milnico.

  7. Temeljito izperite jedro, da odstranite ostanke in preostalo umazanijo. Jedro izpirajte s čisto sladko vodo, dokler iz njega ne priteče bistra voda brez umazanije.

    ------ OPOZORILO! ------

    Zrak pod pritiskom lahko povzroči telesne poškodbe.

    Če postopka ne izvajate pravilno, lahko to povzroči telesne poškodbe. Če uporabljate komprimirani zrak, nosite ščitnik za obraz in zaščitno obleko.

    Maksimalni pritisk zraka za potrebe čiščenja sme biti največ 205 kPa (30 psi).


  8. Posušite jedro s stisnjenim zrakom. Zrak usmerite v obratni smeri normalnega pretoka.

  9. Namestite grelnik vhodnega zraka.

  10. Namestite hladilnik polnilnega zraka. Če želite več informacij o postopku, glejte Priročnik za razstavljanje in sestavljanje, "Aftercooler - Install". Če želite informacije o zateznih momentih, glejte Priročnik s tehničnimi podatki, "Torque Specifications".
