A new instruction for Zip-Tie Installation tool is now available for all Caterpillar machines. New instructions provide proper tension to apply while installing Zip-Ties and contain special procedures for Large Mining Trucks.
For complete procedure and proper method of Zip-Tie Installation, refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1243, "Zip-Tie Installation Guide for All Caterpillar Products". The tool operating manual is available on the Caterpillar Service Information System (SIS). The tool operating manual is available through the normal literature distribution system at your local Cat ® dealer.
