Installation depth is 3.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.12 ± 0.02 inch).
1F-6762 Bolt  Use the following procedure to tighten the bolt:
1. Apply 4C-5591 Anti-Seize Compound to threads and to the seating face of the bolt.
2. Use a torque multiplier to tighten the camshaft bolt to 2000 ± 275 N·m (1475 ± 203 lb ft).
3. Strike the plate with a hammer in order to seat the gear taper on the camshaft.
4. Again, tighten the bolt to 2000 ± 275 N·m (1475 ± 203 lb ft).
5. Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 until there is no change in the torque of the bolt.

2. Tighten each bolts for an additional turn angle of 45 ± 5 degrees. 
Diameter of 149-0563 Idler Shaft is 149.86 ± 0.02 mm (5.900 ± 0.001 inch).

1. Tighten the bolts to 160 ± 16 N·m (118 ± 12 lb ft).
2. Tighten each bolts for an additional turn angle of 45 ± 5 degrees. 
Diameter of 149-0562 Idler Shaft is 105.86 ± 0.02 mm (4.168 ± 0.001 inch).
