Pump Flow - Test

Usage:

735C LFJ
本测试旨在确定泵是否在设计参数范围内运行。

停放在水平路面上。 接合停车制动器。 关闭发动机。

对于任何泵测试,如果泵在相同转速下运行,在压力为 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量比在压力为 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的流量要大。 泵流量的测量单位是 L/min(US gpm)。

两个工作压力下泵流量的差值即为流量损失。

机器上测试

5P-3600 液压流量计 安装在泵的压力侧。 以高怠速运转发动机。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 和 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下的泵流量。 在下列公式中使用这些数值(表 5)。

试验台测试

如果无法在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 和泵的全转速下进行试验台测试,则以 1000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 和 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 下的泵流量。 在以下公式的上半部分使用这些数值(表 7)。 对于公式的下半部分,以 2000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量。
