Reverse Direction Alert

Backup Alarm - The alarm sounds when the transmission direction control switch is in the REVERSE position. The alarm alerts the personnel behind the machine that the machine is backing up.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Fill Alert (If Equipped)

If the engine start switch is in the (ON) position, the backup alarm is used to alert the operator when filling the DEF tank. The backup alarm will sound twice to indicate that the DEF tank is full. The operator should stop adding DEF to the tank so that the DEF tank will not be overfilled.
