- Turn off the diesel exhaust fluid supply to the dosing cabinet.
- Turn off the power supply to the dosing cabinet.
- Wait 30 seconds, then turn off the air supply to the dosing cabinet.
- Turn the engine OFF.

Note: Keep the catalyst dry and store the catalyst in a dry location. Never let the catalyst become wet. If the catalyst becomes wet, allow the catalyst to air dry. Moisture in the catalyst can cause corrosion resulting in equipment failure.

Components can only be removed through the access door. - Remove pins (9). Using a suitable lifting device, remove assemblies (10) and (12), then frame assembly (11). The individual weight of frame assemblies (10), (11), and (12) is approximately

- Beginning at Location (Z), use a suitable lifting device to lower frame assembly (10) into position. Next, use a suitable lifting device to lower frame assembly (11) into the reactor assembly. Connect frame assemblies (10) and (11) and install pins (9).
