Muffler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure (Hood) - Remove and Install".
- Loosen clamp (1) .

- Remove clamps (3) and muffler (2) .
Installation Procedure
- Install muffler (2) in the reverse order of removal.
- Ensure clamp (1) gap is not aligned with the slots in tube assembly (1). Tighten clamp (1) to a torque of 47 ± 5 N·m (35 ± 3 lb ft).
End By: Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure (Hood) - Remove and Install".
