Conditions Which Generate This Code:

EID 1495 Machine Not Obeying Speed Limit

Event code EID 1495 Machine Not Obeying Speed Limit occurs with varying levels of severity. Based on the severity, the autonomous mining truck (AMT) will respond in different ways: limiting machine speed or AMT coming to a complete stop. This event code could be caused by a number of internal network issues. Follow this procedure if an event EID 1495 Machine Not Obeying Speed Limit occurs.

Test Step 1. RESTART SYSTEM.

Key on AMT and verify status of the event code.

Expected Result:

EID 1495 cleared.

Results:

EID 1495 cleared. - STOP
EID 1495 still active. Run AMT at a derated speed. Contact Caterpillar technical support with the information that has been gathered. - STOP
