- 将线束组件 (4) 从燃油压力传感器 (3) 上断开。
- 用深孔套筒将燃油压力传感器 (3) 从燃油歧管 (2) 上拆下。
- 用工具 (A) 盖住燃油压力传感器 (3)。 用工具 (A) 塞住燃油歧管 (2)。

- 将螺塞从燃油歧管 (2) 上拆下。
- 立即清洁燃油歧管 (2) 中用于燃油压力传感器 (3) 的螺纹。 确保螺纹清洁、无碎屑。 确保燃油歧管 (2) 中的螺纹无损坏。
- 清洁和检查后，立即用工具 (A) 盖住燃油歧管 (2) 的打开端口。
- 将盖从燃油压力传感器 (3) 的螺纹端拆下。 用工具 (B) 稍稍润滑安全阀的螺纹和钻刃 (6)。
- 将螺塞从燃油歧管 (2) 上拆下。
- 用深孔套筒将燃油压力传感器 (3) 安装到燃油歧管 (2) 上。 拧紧燃油压力传感器至扭矩为
70 N·m (52 lb ft) 。 - 将线束组件 (4) 连接到燃油压力传感器 (3) 上。
- 将支架 (1) 定位在废气旁通阀电磁阀上。
- 将六角头螺栓 (5) 安装到支架 (1) 上。 拧紧六角头螺栓至扭矩为
5 N·m (44 lb in) 。 - 排出燃油系统中的空气。 参考操作和保养手册, "燃油系统 - 充注"以了解正确步骤。
