Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (9) in pulley (3).
- Install spacer (11) in pulley (3).
- Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (13) in pulley (3).
- Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (12) in pulley (3). Lubricate the lip seal with Tooling (B).
- Install grease fitting (10).

- Position washer (4) and install bolts (5).
- Install pressure relief fitting (7) in bracket assembly (6).
