Engine News SEBD9878, 26 June 2013, "Improved Ground Straps Have Been Added to the Diesel Exhaust Fluid Control Cabinet ". Disregard the previous article, refer to the article that follows.

The existing grounding in the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) control cabinet is not sufficient and additional grounding straps were needed in certain 3516C generator sets.

New grounding straps have been added to the DEF control cabinets from the factory. Refer to Table 1 for a list of new parts.
