保持所有零件清洁无杂质。 杂质会造成快速磨损和缩短部件寿命。 |
- 卸下将驱动齿轮 (1) 固定在发动机机油泵 (2) 泵轴上的螺栓。
- 利用工具 (A) 将驱动齿轮 (1) 从轴上拆下。 从轴上卸下键。

弹簧加压的零件和/或盖板可能导致人身伤害。
拆卸盖板时弹簧力将被释放。
松动螺栓时做好准备把持住弹簧加载的盖板。
- 拆下将护圈 (9) 固定到泵体 (3) 上的螺栓 (6)。
- 将护圈 (9)、弹簧 (8) 和安全阀柱塞 (7) 从泵体上拆下。
- 将螺栓 (12) 和盖 (10) 从泵体上拆下。
注: 检查盖内的孔径。 铝盖没有轴承。 如果盖内的孔径损坏，则利用新件更换盖。
- 将惰齿轮 (5) 和驱动齿轮 (4) 从泵体上拆下。
- 利用工具 (B) 将套筒轴承 (11) 从泵体 (3) 上拆下。
