(9) 泵供油压力 ("HA")

(10) 来自阀组中分解器的油道

(GG) 油箱压力

(KK) 高压

(LL) 信号机油

液压进口歧管位于裂土器提升阀和裂土器倾斜阀之间的阀组中间。

下述两个管路连接至进口歧管:

  • 泵供油管路 (7)

  • 信号分解器网络管路 (10)

进口歧管包括下述各阀:

  • 单向阀 (3)

  • 主安全阀 (6)

  • 机具压力传感器端口 (8)

来自各机具泵的液压油流将进入机具控制阀组的对面端,并通过机油油道 (7) 在进口歧管 (1) 中汇合。 当机具启动时,这些油供应至机具回路。 主安全阀 (6) 保护机具系统,避免出现压力峰值。

来自机具控制阀中分解器网络的信号油通过油道 (10) 进入进口歧管 (1) 。

来自机具控制阀的回油进入进口歧管 (1) 并通过油道 (2) 回到液压油箱。

单向阀 (3) 位于信号分解器回路中,可防止机具泵行程快速下降。

(14) 来自泵的进口

(GG) 油箱压力

(KK) 高压

主安全阀保护机具液压系统,避免出现压力峰值。 此压力设定值高于机具液压系统中的所有操作压力。

泵供油流入进口油道 (14) 。 当泵供油压力低于安全阀的压力设定值时,弹簧 (11) 的力将滑阀 (13) 保持闭合。

当进口油道 (14) 中的压力足以克服弹簧 (11) 的作用力时,滑阀 (13) 将会向左开启。 泵油就可以通过油道 (12) 回到液压油箱。

当泵压力不足以克服弹簧 (11) 的作用力时,滑阀 (13) 将会移回右侧。
