销拉拔器液压系统

(1) 销拉拔器油缸

此回路利用动力传动系油回路驱动用于拉动裂土器齿杆销的油缸。 一个小的两位阀用于切换油缸的位置

拔销器液压系统包括两个主要部件:电磁阀 (3) 和 拔销器油缸 (1) 。 电磁阀 (3) 由位于驾驶室中的切换开关进行控制。

销拉拔器液压系统供油来自于变速箱壳体的后面。 供油通过油管 (5) 进入歧管 (4) 。

当销拉拔器开关置于 HOLD(保持)位置时,液压油被电磁阀 (3) 堵塞。 油缸 (1) 两端的液压油也被堵塞。

当销拉拔器开关移到 DISENGAGE(脱离)位置时,信号被发送到电磁阀 (3) 。 电磁阀 (3) 将会移动,来自油管 (5) 的油压将会传送至油管 (2) 。 这些油将会流至油缸 (1) 的盖端,然后油缸杆将会伸出。 随着油缸杆的伸出,裂土器齿杆销将会从裂土器齿杆上脱开。 来自油缸杆端的回油通过油管 (7) 返回到歧管 (4) 。 电磁阀 (3) 将会通过油管 (6) 将回油引导至油箱。

当销拉拔器开关移到 ENGAGE(接合)位置时,信号被发送到电磁阀 (3) 。 电磁阀 (3) 将会移动,来自油管 (5) 的油压将会传送至油管 (7) 。 这些油将会流至油缸 (1) 的杆端,然后油缸杆将会缩回。 由于油缸杆的缩回,裂土器齿杆销将会插入到裂土器齿杆内。 来自油缸盖端的回油通过油管 (2) 返回到歧管 (4) 。 电磁阀 (3) 将会通过油管 (6) 将回油引导至油箱。
