Door hinge pin (1) is working loose and coming out of the hinge assembly (2) during transport.

Solution

Check all 142-6950 Hinge As for proper pin installation. A door hinge pin that is flush with the top and bottom of the hinge indicates proper pin installation. Refer to Illustration 2. If the pin is not flush and the hinge assembly is mounted, hammer the door hinge pin back in place until the top and bottom of the door hinge pin is flush with the hinge. If the enclosure/unit is not fixed in place permanently, replace the defective door hinge. Order the 142-6950 Hinge As through the Morton Parts System.
